Assist employees and contractors with HR-related policy, benefit, and procedure queries.
Help maintain compliance with employment laws and ensure company policies are kept updated.
Assist in managing full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, screening CVs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
Collaborate on writing and updating job descriptions that align with company needs.
Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Help ideate, plan, and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Contribute to internal communication efforts and support creating a strong and inclusive company culture.
Assist with organizing events and programs to enhance the employee experience.
Track and report key HR metrics, such as recruitment data, employee engagement, and turnover.
Gather feedback and insights to improve people operations and employee satisfaction continuously.
2-3 years of experience in a People Operations role.
Experience working in a tech startup, Web3 is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with HR processes.
Hands-on experience with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
Familiarity with employment regulations in Canada and the US is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
